Fuji Japanese Steakhouse

We went there for my birthday and the gentleman that was our chef was OK. I wanted to know where the egg was and he said oh we don’t do that. He made the onion but didn’t make it tall when he lit the fire. No one even acknowledged that it was my birthday. I had a friend that went to another Japanese steakhouse and said they did the egg and they celebrated birthdays for the money we pay. I probably wouldn’t go back there.

Food was decent. The restaurant is very outdated & definitely needs a remodel, very cringy. The prices for food are overpriced. At least $20 more than their competitors. The prices definitely don’t match the atmosphere. Nice Waitress & Cook. I definitely will not be back……

went here with my lover's last night for Valentine's Day and loved the food there as well as our waiter Jonathan he was super nice and very funny and I could tell he enjoyed his job. I forgot our chef's name but that old man can slice meat really fast and extremely cleanly too. I spent a bit more on myself for my meal then that of what my lover's had since I was starving.

Fabulous food! Fantastic atmosphere, our hibachi server was MAGNIFICENT! His name was Tomy! They sang "happy birthday " to our HPU STUDENT , our 19 year old shy daughter; p in Japanese too! Very sweet and brought her banana cake with a lit candle. We would recommend this as a must try spot to dine!

I took my wife here for her bday because I'm not a Japanese food fan. It was really neat watching him prepare and cook the food right in front of us. The food was really good, but the house soup was amazing. I would definitely enjoy returning here again in the near future!
